2. Property is NOT available for viewing prior to sale.
3. Conveyance shall be by the Officer's Deed and subject to Court approval.
4. Successful bidder shall deposit the sum of $5,000.00 in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check, bank draft or money order payable to the Rehan Law Firm Trust Account in escrow pending closing.
5. The balance of the purchase price will be paid in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check, bank draft, money order, or wire transfer payable to the Rehan Law Firm Trust Account at the time of closing.
6. Closing shall take place no later than 10 days after Court Aprroval.
7. No contingencies of any sort will be accepted as part of a bid at the time of sale.
